Apartment development

Project scope

The development will consist of Phase 2 of a residential development with a total of 171 no. residential units and creche. The Phase 2 residential development will comprise 98 no. residential units as follows:- • 73 no. houses comprising 23 no. 2-storey 2 bedroom semi-detached/terraced houses, 42 no. 2-storey 3-bedroom semi-detached/terraced houses, 4 no. 2-storey 3-bedroom detached houses and 4 no. 3-storey 4-bedroom semi-detached houses; • 2 no. apartment and duplex blocks (Blocks 1 and 6) containing 25 no. units (10 no. 1-bedroom and 15 no. 2-bedroom units), all with associated terraces or balconies; o Block 1 at 3-4 storeys containing 4 no. 1-bedroom and 4 no. 2-bedroom duplex units, 4 no. 1 bedroom apartments and 8 no. 2-bedroom apartments; o Block 6 at 3-storeys containing 2 no. 1-bedroom and 3 no. 2-bedroom apartments (Block 6 is also included in the concurrent Phase 1 application). The development will also include: • Creche located at ground floor in Block 6; • Vehicular and pedestrian access from Sallins Link Road and pedestrian access from Clane Road; • Internal access roads and surface level car parking serving Phase 1 and Phase 2 (196 spaces in total), bicycle parking and bin storage; • Public open spaces including multi-use games area (MUGA), communal open space, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site development works and services
