Retention of variations to the previously approved development (Pl. Ref.: 01664), including change of use of attic space to habitable accommodation minor alterations to elevations; a detached domestic garage/store; and all ancillary site development works. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of: The revised site boundaries as shown on the submitted Site Layout Plan, 5 no. rooflights, the decommissioned chimney, amendments to the configuration and extension of the driveway and the arrangement of the percolation area
