alterations and extensions to existing shop and apartment, to include relocation of existing internal stairwell serving apartment Number one and replacing it with new external stairwell. There is a proposed reconfiguration to shop retail area to include the area of the removed, internal stairwell. There are also proposed changes to the shop front elevation, as well as elevational changes due to the proposed new external stairwell and associated site works
