the repair and re-imagining of the upper parts of the Tower House and retention of a single storey extension to the Tower dining facilities, to the east of the Protected Structures, the retention of two self-catering lodges with adjacent covered outside seating, the Shepherds Bar with outside seating terrace and toilet block, the Octagonal Lounge and the Therapy Salon; to the west of the Protected Structures, the retention of a cold room facility in the east end of the Banqueting Rooms, change of use of former single storey outbuilding to Licenced bar with associated kitchen extension, store and toilet facilities, Marquee dining space in former yard and a cast iron & patent glazed pergola; to the north of the Hotel, the retention of the water softener shed, the single storey prefabricated offices & staff facilities, the cast iron & patent glazed pergola with fixed seating, the lean-to smoking area, and the double height glazed conservatory style ‘Orangerie’ bar; to the south of the Hotel, the retention of the service yard & associated structures, the hotel overflow car park, and the helipad
