(A) Retention Permission for: (i) existing 1-bedroom dormer type house, with attic storage area only on first floor, for staff accommodation (ii) 4no. existing sheds for commercial use and 1no. existing recreation building for staff use (iii) all site access roads, site fencing, gates and associated siteworks (B) Planning Permission for: (i) Reinstatement of unauthorized trail bike track to agricultural use (ii) New wastewater treatment system and polishing filter percolation area to serve the existing house and all associated ancillary site works to complete the development
