Project scope

1.new 2-storey extension to front and back to create new double height kitchen area at ground floor and master bedroom & mezzanine to first floor. 2.proposed new dormers to front rear and conversion of existing attic space to contain new bedrooms and bathroom. 3.internal reconfiguration of floor plan at ground floor 4.new single storey entrance porch to front 5.new proprietary pergola to front terrace 6.removal of existing garden shed & provide for new single storey garden room/gym to rear of site to contain gym, office & sauna room 7.removal of existing garden piers and entrance gates and provide for new 1.8m high solid gate, new 2.0m piers to existing location and new 1.8m high walls to entrance. 8.new landscaping and associated site works
