Project scope

(a) sub-division of existing dwelling to provide 3 no. dwellings. proposed works will include new extensions to both sides and rear, (b) construction of new dividing boundary walls in rear gardens, (c) modifications to existing front garden and driveway to allow for new hard standing communal parking area with bin store and bicycle parking area serving dwelling no. 2, (d) modifications to drainage and services network to provide new individual services to each proposed dwelling, with upgraded connections to all existing passing mains, (e) new single storey garden room / home office in rear garden of dwelling no. 2 with all ancillary service connections, landscaping throughout and all associated development works
