A) Construction of single storey extension (48 sq.m) to existing service station building to accommodating a drive-thru facility (including hatch) linked to existing food offers in the building. B) Reconfiguration of the internal layout of the existing retail building to accommodate the drive-thru facility. C) Associated site works including provision of new drive-thru lane, signage, and relocation of staff parking spaces.
