Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

For(a) full planning permission for: (i) new single storey extension to front of existing dwelling house, (ii) new single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling house, (iii) new window and door arrangements to include new door in side elevation and rooflight to the front along with minor internal modifications to tie in with new spaces, (iv) landscaping, connection to all existing site services and all associated development works, and (b) retention permission for existing single storey lean-to type covered shed space along the side passage with subsequent permission to extend said covered area and make minor amendments to the roof providing new parapet with internal gutter system within the boundaries of the subject site
