Project scope

for alterations and refurbishment of a three-storey building with three-storey return facing onto Emily Square, a two-storey dormer annex and associated outbuildings accessed to the rear from Garter Lane. The proposed work will include: the provision of a new shopfront with two no. entrances from Emily Square with new stairs access to two no. two-bedroom apartments on the first and second floors; internal alterations to the restaurant and takeaway; refurbishment and extension of outbuildings and part of annex to form one no. ground floor studio, one number one-bedroom duplex apartment and one no. first floor two-bedroom apartment; the provision of bike storage and communal bin areas; and the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground at a former Department Store and Fast-Food restaurant with takeaway
