Project scope

for the construction of a new two storey extension to existing Scoil Mhuire school building, consisting of 4 no. SEN classrooms and associated rooms on the ground floor with 5 no. general classrooms, 2 no. science rooms and ancillary rooms on the first floor. The development also includes the provision of: • Demolition of existing boiler & plant room. • Provision for a new relocated boiler room and switch room. • Minor Alterations & Extension to existing woodwork room on ground floor for connection to the new extension. • External works including a new set down area and additional 12 No. new car parking spaces including accessible parking. • Provision for all landscaping, footpaths, boundary treatments and all ancillary site works
