Project scope

for (A) change of use from office and IT computer training use to a Local Day Service Facility use including office, education, training and work placement (B) minor internal alterations to floor layout (C) alterations to the existing car parking layout to include new pedestrian walkway and set down area (D) new building mounted signage to the side (east) elevation (E) all associated site and ancillary works including provision of a new ramp for level access to the most northern entrance to the building
