Retention permission for the material change of use of part of an existing farmyard for the sales and temporary storage of farm machinery (mainly tractors), retention permission for existing replacement farm machinery building currently used as farm machinery showroom, workshop and agri sales preparation area at ground floor level, retention of ancillary office at first floor level, retention of existing site boundary fencing along the R418 road and retention permission for seasonal vehicular entrance onto R418 asconstructed and all associated site works.
