Project scope

for (a) revisions to existing extension to dwelling permitted under planning ref. 22/1461 to become a family flat extension, modifications including replacement of previously granted double doors to front elevation to single door, front window, rear door, rooflights to rear and side extension, internal modifications, a staircase opening to first floor, increase in height of rear extension, changes to roof profile of rear extension and planning permission for (a) new ground floor window to side elevation of the subject family flat extension along with all associated site development and facilitating works
