Project scope

and completion of alterations during the course of construction, to the development previously granted under planning file ref. 16/392 & extension of duration file ref. 21/493. The alterations consist of (A) total floor area of permitted house type increased by 22M² incorporating a ground floor flat roof extension and widened first floor dormer windows to the rear (north-east) elevation (B) retention and completion of alterations to the fenestration to front (south-west), the side (south-east), side (north-west) and rear (north-east) elevations. (C) minor change in location of the permitted house. (D) change to the permitted garage reducing its size and minor change to its location
