Project scope

for a temporary ten-year permission, within a Protected Structure, a) The construction of a demountable film/tv studio building (12m high and 1713 sqm) b) the temporary installation of 5 no portable single storey office and ancillary buildings, including w.cs and showers ( 52sqm, 87sqm, 122sqm, 79sqm, 70sqm), c ) surface water attenuation basin and raingarden, interceptor traps and underground foul and fresh-water holding tanks, d) internal compacted gravel roads, e) “I-trac” heavy duty loading bay , f) 46 no (including 3no accessible) car-parking spaces, on “Grass-crete” permeable, removeable surface; g) 68 no bicycle spaces with Sheffield stands. All using existing vehicular entrance at north-west boundary of Killadoon Farm off N403 , and with bicycle and pedestrian access at east gate of farm off Killadoon Lane
