Project scope

for 24 no. residential units comprising 2 no. 4 bedroom detached dwellings, 2 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 14 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 2 no. 2 bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 4 no. 2 bedroom apartments, together with a new vehicular entrance off the existing Kilbeg Road and provision of a new internal pedestrian paths, all ancillary internal access roads, parking spaces, drainage, landscaping and boundary treatments and all associated site and development works and services. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of amendments to the layout and type of proposed dwellings no. 1-4; amendments to materials on all proposed dwelling and apartment facades; removal of existing site entrance wall on Kilbeg Road; amendments to proposed internal roadway and open space areas; new covered bicycle storage for the apartments; amendments to drainage and boundary lines; amendments to proposed landscaping and boundary treatment. Further Revised by Significant further Information which consists of an extended red line boundary to the site to accommodate a new continuous 3m wide shared path access route, along the extent of the site, parallel to the R417, inside the existing hedgerow and linking the subject site through to the existing village footpath at the R417 / Kilbeg Road junction. These changes have resulted in an updated site plan layout, an update to site boundary to include a new portion along the R417, an updated road safety audit to include the R417, new safety measures and bus stop proposed along the R417, updated landscape layout, boundary treatment plan, updated arborist’s tree survey, tree removals plan, tree protection plan, arboricultural addendum, updated engineer’s road layout and drainage layout, updated dwellings and apartments design with associated updated housing quality assessment
