Project scope

for construction of 2 storey, 3 bedroom dormer extension to the rear of existing single storey dwelling in an angled layout, to include 3 bedrooms, living / kitchen / dining, bathrooms and utility room, internal modifications to existing single storey dwelling, and new wastewater treatment system and surface water soakaway as previously permitted in Kildare Co Co Planning Reg Ref: 2460022, landscaping and associated and ancillary site development works to facilitate the proposed development. Revised by Significant Further Information which shows that the location of current connection to a shared septic tank is outside of our red boundary line. This connection is due to be disconnected once the new development is completed. It is also shows replacement of 2 windows in bedroom number 4 with 2 oriel windows and a Velux type roof light
