Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

for (1) Conversion of existing storage space attached to existing Swordlestown Stud manager’s house to accommodate a children’s bedroom and playroom. (2) The provision of a new pitched roof over the existing link between the existing Swordlestown Stud manager’s house and the existing storage space to be converted to children’s bedroom and playroom. (3) The provision of a new 2 storey extension to the rear of the existing Swordlestown Stud manager’s house to accommodate a new entrance/stair hall and new covered entrance. (4) The removal of an existing chimney stack. (5) Internal alterations. (6) Associated alterations to all elevations. (7) The provision of a new Treatment System & Soil Polishing Filter
