Retention permission and permission for development that consists of: Existing pre-1963 self-contained unit with altered independent access, retention of four no. single-storey commercial units in use as industry and warehousing; additional vehicular entrance to the north of the site, storage and parking yard; signage, site lighting. landscaping and boundary treatments and the provision of all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground, including permission for a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area, (Note: a small portion of the subject site and an additional building is in Gorteengrone, Co. Carlow which is the subject of a concurrent planning application Carlow Co. Council Pl. Ref. 2560051)
