for alterations to permission previously granted under Pl. Ref 23 579 in the structure to the rear of The Forge Inn, (Protected Structure RPS. Ref. NS19-186). The proposed alterations include 1) 8 no. bedroom suites on the first & second floors to the rear of The Forge Inn, which was previously permitted as a public bar & staff areas, the bedroom accommodation will be used ancillary to the Forge Bar to form a Boutique Hotel 2) and all associated site works
