Project scope

for alterations and additions to the existing semi detached house, including for the construction of a ground floor extension of c.88m2 to the rear of the existing house, the construction of a ground floor extension of c.14m2 to the front of the existing house, the construction of a detached new garage of c.32m2 at the existing rear garden, new velux roof lights to the front and rear roof of the existing house, all elevations of the existing house to include new windows throughout, new front door, foul water to be existing foul sewer, and all ancillary site works
