Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of: Proposed 8 dwelling houses residential development consisting of 3 x 4 bed two storey detached houses; 4 x 4 bed two storey semi-detached houses and 1 x 4 bed two storey detached house along with alteration of existing front vehicular access off Green Lane leading to access roadway with all associated site development works, boundary treatment, landscaping open space, ESB networks sub-station, car parking, bicycle storage, bin storage, service connections and including demolition of existing detached dwelling house
