Retention of altered fenestration, extended living room into previous garage area, altered location and orientation of dwelling and altered sunroom external walls & roof from that granted under planning reference 99/726. Retention of rear porch area. Retention of structure and change of use of detached ancillary unit housing gym, study and games room with associated pumped discharge septic tank. Retention of brick and railing front boundary wall. All ancillary works
