The proposed dwelling incorporates an integrated garage; carport; 3 No. terraces at ground and first floor levels; and 2 No. balconies at first floor level. The development will supersede the expired permission on the subject site for a dwelling Ref. 18/950 (as well as 06/2885, 12/555 and 18/355). This proposed development is in the vicinity of Carton House, associated outhouses, stables and yards which are protected structures.
