retention permission to a) retain the existing farm buildings, partly in use for storing farm equipment and inpart as ad hoc covered work areas, b) retain the existing polytunnels, c) retain the existing site entrance, d) retain the existing septic tank and planning permission to e) construct 2no. detached single storey structures, to function as accessible crafts and training rooms, f) decommission the existing septic tank, g) construct a mechanical treatment unit & raised sand polishing filter and h) provide for improved sight lines to the public road at Scotia Farm, Clahane, Ballyard, Tralee, Co.
