restore the exiting stone shed to the rear of the cottage. The proposal includes replacement of the existing cut timber roof and natural slate covering, and re-plastering of the existing stone walls to inside and out. The existing footprint in plan and section will be retained, all exiting openings will be retained, and a new double door will be created at the western gable end. The intended use of the shed is ancillary to the maintenance and enjoyment of the grounds and site surrounding the property, for storage of household, water sports and gardening items.
