Project scope

for the construction of a purpose-built stores building (18m x 8m x 5m) that includes no. 2 closed bays, secured by a roller-door, and front pedestrian access. The structure shall be erected on proposed concrete pad located on an existing area of hard standing in an active stores yard, and; to construct a 4-bay storage shed (18m x 6m x 4m), that includes no. 4 closed bays, secured by a roller-door, and side pedestrian access. The structure shall be erected on a proposed concrete pad located on an existing area of hard standing, and; removal of no. 3 steel containers, no.1 measuring 11.3m x 2.4m x 2.6m, and no. 2 measuring 6m x 2.4m x 2.6m. The application includes all ancillary works associated with the development located to rear of the existing depot
