Provision of new vehicular and pedestrian entrance onto the Athenry Road (R347), 3. Provision of road along the northern boundary of the site, to include 4m wide active travel route, connecting to potential future development lands to the east of the site. 4. Upgrading of part of the existing walkway known as “Glass Avenue”, to include for surface waterdrainage arrangements, low level lighting improvements and boundary walls. This walkway runs from the east of the site, along the southern perimeter of the site, along the western perimeter of the site adjacent to the Athenry Road (R347), 5. Provision of car parking including provision for future EV charging points, 6. Provision of public open space areas including play areas, private open space areas, landscaping, footpaths with connections to Glass Avenue, internal pedestrian crossings, bicycle stands, bin stores, public lighting, ESB Substation, groundworks and revised boundary treatments, 7. Provision of surface water drainage arrangements to include on site attenuation and infiltration, 8. Connection to existing mains water infrastructure and sewer network on the Athenry Road (R347) together with all associated site works and service
