Construction of 74 no. two storey dwelling houses comprising of the following mix; a. 12 no. four bed semi-detached houses, b. 4 no., three bed semi-detached houses, c. 49 no. three bed terraced townhouses, d. 4 no. two bed semi-detached houses,e. 5 no. two bed terraced townhouses. 2. Provision of new vehicular and pedestrian entrance onto the Athenry Road (R347), 3. Provision of road along the northern boundary of the site, to include 4m wide active travel route, connecting to potential future development lands to the east of the site. 4. Upgrading of part of the existing walkway known as “Glass Avenue”, to include for surface waterdrainage arrangements, low level lighting improvements and boundary walls.
