Ref. 23/60774), together with the provision of a permanent vehicular access into the site; provision of landscaped communal open space, private open spaces, site landscaping and boundary treatments, public lighting, 62 no. car parking spaces, and 2 no. bin collection points; provision of all associated surface water and foul drainage services and connections, including nature-based solutions, connection to utilities, connection to public water supply and other services, and the provision of a temporary compound area; all associated and ancillary site development works. The application is supported by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS)
