Permission for development which consists of: permission is sought by Kenny Developments Galway Ltd for the construction of a residential development, consisting of 39 no. residential units, at Circular Road, Galway City. The proposed development will consist of the; 1. Construction of 22 no. own-door apartments across 2 no. duplex building blocks; a. Block 01 consists of a three-storey building, comprising of 5 no. 2-bed ground floor apartments, 1 no. 2-bed upper floor apartments, 5 no. 3-bed upper floor apartments, integrated bin store and integrated bike store. b. Block 02 consists of a two-storey building, comprising of 5 no. 2-bed ground floor apartments, 6 no. 2-bed upper floor apartments, integrated bin store and integrated bike store. 2.
