Permission for development which consists of: we, the Health Service Executive, intend to apply for planning permission for the partial demolition of 1 no. storm damaged building on lands at Merlin Park University Hospital, Galway. The proposed development comprises the following: 1. Partial demolition of the single storey audit building by 305.2m² 2. The construction of two new external walls and facade along the new east and south elevations to support the roof and seal the building envelope, including the provision of a new external window on the east elevation. 3. The proposed development includes for all site development works and services ancillary to the proposed development.
