The development will consist of a reduction in the floor area of the granted extension, a reduction of the mezzanine floor area, a reduction of the number of dock levellers and minor elevational changes. Except for these design changes in this application, the development is otherwise proposed to be carried out in accordance with the grant of permission 24-61311 including the requirements of the Ecological Impact Statement
