The development will consist of: (1) Retention of a portacabin structure (42.17 sqm) and associated access ramp, located within the shopping centre's car park, to accommodate the processing and storage of online grocery orders for collection (Online Pick Room). (2) Retention of revised car parking layout adjacent to the online pick room, to accommodate three 'Click & Collect' parking bays including the installation of associated informational and directional signage. (3) Retention of Café Sol's Sunday and Bank Holiday opening time from that previously granted under Condition No. 6 of An Bord Pleanála Order 300934-18 (Planning Ref. F17A/0235), to permit the café to open from 08:30 to 18:00. (4) Retention of Café Sol signage, comprising: 1no. externally mounted circular Café Sol sign (1.7 sqm) and 1no. internally mounted hanging Café Sol sign (0.68 sqm), positioned to be visible through the café's glazing. (5) All ancillary and associated site development works necessary to facilitate and complete the above development for which retention permission is now sought.
