Other revisions include: (iv) minor alterations to elevations and fenestration details; (v) the provision of external illuminated signage; (vi) revisions to the roof level plant area, including the relocation of the heat pump from grade level to the roof plant area and the removal of a water tank; (vii) minor revisions to previously permitted alignment of at grade parking area serving the mixed-use building, 8 no. parking spaces including 1 no. accessible space are provided adjacent to the northern site boundary; and (viii) all associated works including SuDS, landscaping, planting and boundary treatments, infrastructure, lighting, foul/surface drainage, site works, necessary to facilitate the development.
