PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Sambourn Ltd. intend to apply for planning permission for development on a site of c. 0.0226ha at No. 38 Pembroke Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4 (A Protected Structure). The proposed development will consist of: A) The change of use of the property from commercial (office) and residential use to single residential use. B) The alteration, restoration and refurbishment of the property to comprise a single residential dwelling unit.
