An Exempted Development application was granted for my house in 2002 and it was duly constructed. Subsequently, an attic conversion was undertaken to create an additional office space/3rd bedroom. This space is accessed by a staircase, as can be seen on the drawings supplied. The new room measures 3045 x 3550mm, as shown. I would like to apply for Exempted Development status for this additional attic space.
