The property is a residential dwelling used exclusively for living and sleeping purposes by its residents. No administrative, care, or other non-residential functions are carried out within the dwelling. It continues to be used as a residence and retains its purely residential character. Accordingly, we seek confirmation as to whether this use may be considered exempt from the requirement to obtain planning permission under the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2023.
