The development will consist of changing the existing hipped roof to a pitched roof by raising the existing gable wall, including the provision of a new window in the new gable wall; the construction of a rear roof dormer; the conversion of the attic space to provide a home office and storage area; and the widening of the existing vehicular entrance.
