The following amendments/revisions to the approved development (FW21A/0190) at K.D.M. Hire Limited, Unit 11, Stadium Business Park, Ballycoolin Road, Dublin 11, D11 E2YT. 1. The amendments to the site layout to include revised car parking layout for staff, the removal of approved east side HGV parking, and in lieu, the provision of cabin storage area and machine storage and display area at the east/ southeast area of the site. 2. The amendments to SUDs drainage and onsite landscaping arrangements, incorporating a resized attenuation pond at the southeast area of the site.(The site layout revisions are proposed for operational requirements, on-site safety, and HGV manoeuvrability) 3. Unit 1: The amendments, incorporating additional mezzanine floor area (176.36 sq.m.), including Internal alterations. Elevational changes (revised entrance doors and fenestration). 2 number signs, on front/north elevation (3.78 sq.m.) and on rear/south elevation (10.25 sq.m.). 4. Unit 2: The amendments, incorporating additional mezzanine floor area (57.8 sq.m.), minor internal ground floor changes (wash station and storage area), revised fenestration to unit, and 2 number signs (east and south elevations, 1350mm x 1144mm, respectively). 5. Units 3 & 4: The amendments, incorporating a minor site layout change and amalgamation of the units, including building design changes and reduction of floor area of Unit 4 (Reduced by 5.0 sq.m.).
