The development consists of the following: (1) A new internal mezzanine floor, new enclosed stairwell and passenger lift, total area of 235m2 to be provided within the existing warehouse which will provide canteen, 2no offices and first aid room. 1no window forming an automatic openable vent for the new stairwell will be provided to the east elevation at 1st floor level with 1no external fire door to the east elevation at ground floor level.
