The development will consist of permission for the following: 1. Demolition of existing internal walls & 1 no. window at first floor level. 2. Retention of existing signage to west elevation (4.6m²). 3. Proposed alterations to existing ground floor and extension at first floor level (71 m²) to existing Centra shop building to provide additional retail area at ground floor level (11 m²), total retail area (133 m²). 4. First floor level alterations and extension to provide new office use (65 m²) and ancillary staff facilities (113 m²) relocated from ground floor level. 5. Proposed associated signage area: 3.15 m² to the west elevation.
