The proposed development will consist of a 3 year Temporary Planning Permission for the installation of an outdoor seating area for use by patrons to include: tables, seating, planters and umbrellas, for the use of an outdoor seating area, for the period of the months of April and September inclusive, in an area of the carpark measuring 156 m2.
