The development will consist consists of: Permission for the change of use of existing agricultural gate to vehicular access gate; upgrading of existing agricultural track to form a vehicular access road to existing farm yard; change of use of part of existing barn structure to house dog kennels, with new exercise area and wastewater treatment system, and all associated site works; and Retention Permission for the increased width of an existing agricultural gate; for a width increase of 1.5 m.
