The proposed development consists of the following: • The change of use of the existing vacant two-storey office building (GFA 1,652 sq.m) to a recreational/sports facility, including gym use (Class 11); • Allocating 99 no. car parking spaces within the existing car park, including 3 no. accessible spaces, to serve the sports facility; • Provision of secure bicycle stores providing a total of 66 no. cycle parking spaces; • Minor alterations to the building elevations, including the installation of 2 no. tenant signs; and • All associated and ancillary site development works.
