Retention is sought for: (i) a 448 sq.m concrete yard and (ii) an agricultural access onto Clonee Road. Permission is sought for: (i) the provision for a 448 sq.m synthetic grass playing area atop the concrete yard to provide residential amenity to Ounavarra House; (ii) alterations to existing unauthorised agricultural access (7.173 m in width) to provide a reduced entrance width of 3.6 m; the proposed works include the (a) demolition of 2 no. internal entrance piers, (b) the partial demolition of the stone wall and to facilitate the reduced width, (c) provision of timber posts and timber fence, (d) the existing external stone entrance piers are proposed to be reduced height; (iii) all associated landscaping, boundary treatments, site and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development.
