The development will consist of: 1.Construction of a first floor flat roof extension over existing clubhouse, to consist of a multi-use gym-fitness zone, board room, refreshment station, toilet and changing facilities. The first floor extension will also incorporate a spectators viewing balcony along the South elevation of the building and a fire escape stairs fixed to the East Elevation of the existing building. 2.Construction of a two storey side extension to consist of a new ground floor entrance and stairs (to first floor access), a disability lift shaft and a toilet at first floor including a landing area with access to the first floor facilities. 3. The new first floor structure will incorporate 3 No. Club Signage and Crests (10M x 1M) on the West, North and East Elevations of the building. 4.General remodel and upgrade of the existing clubhouse to suit the new proposed layouts.
