The development will consist of : -Construction of a new stepped pedestrian access route from an existing parking area to Glenmaroon Lodge, including a new arched entrance through an existing estate wall. - Repair and partial reconstruction of a section of the existing stone retaining wall. - Installation of a 2.2m high green v-mesh fence along the eastern boundary. - Installation of a heritage-style handrail along the top of the retaining wall. -Reinstatement of lawns and landscape planting throughout the works area.
