Temporary Planning Permission is sought for continuation of use of site measuring 1.90 hectares for open storage of modular structures placed two units high extending to a maximum of 7.1m above ground level (previously granted planning Reg. Ref. F12A/0410 and Reg. Ref. F17A/0562) and all associated site works including pedestrian link to adjoining lands used by the applicant as part of their business. The proposed landscaping will be as per previously granted planning Reg. Ref. F07A/1579. The access from Turvey Avenue Link Road will remain the same as previously granted planning Reg. Ref. F09A/0147 and currently operational.
