Works to include the removal of the existing external stairs to the west façade; the construction of a part two-storey flat-roof extension with rooflight over and a part single-storey extension to the west side of the building, including a relocated entrance and accessible deck over. Further works include alterations to the building elevations; internal alterations; and all associated landscaping and site works.
